In this Writ Petition, the Petitioner has sought for a direction from this Court to the Opposite Party No. 1/Bank to defreeze his Bank Account bearing No. 10002191001887 at Punjab and National Bank, Choudwar Branch, Cuttack. 4. Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner is not involved in any fraudulent transaction. Hence, freezing of the above noted accounts of the Petitioner is illegal. 5. Learned counsel for the Opposite Parties/Bank submits that the disputed amount may be kept as a lien and the Petitioner may be allowed to operate his bank account.
