S. ,2023, Charge Sheeted U/s 137(2) / 296 / 3(5) / 64(2)(m) / 65(1) / 127(3) of B. N. S.
,2023, r/w Section 6 of POCSO Act. 4. Learned counsel for the State opposes such prayer. 5. This Court perused the statement of the victim recorded under Section 183 of BNSS. 6. Taking note of the same, it is directed that on surrendering within three weeks hence and moving for bail, the Petitioner shall be released on bail by the learned Court in seisin on such terms as deemed just and proper. 7.
