The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking direction to the opposite parties to allow him to complete the work. 4. In the additional affidavit filed by the petitioner dated 02. 02. 2024, at paragraph-3 the petitioner has stated as follows:- “3. That, the Petitioner files this present Affidavit with an undertaking to complete the remaining portion of the work “Construction of H. L.
Bridge over river Saveri at 16/000 of Mathili_Kaliguda Road in Malkangiri district under State Plan” within a stipulated period of eight (8) months from the date of order in terms of agreement and hence shall not claim escalation for the said period. ” 5. Mr. P. P. Mohanty, learned Additional Government Advocate on instruction contended that the opposite parties will have no objection, if the petitioner completes the work within the period of eight months as indicated in the affidavit dated 02. 02. 2024. 6. In view of the above, this writ petition stands disposed of directing the opposite parties to permit the petitioner to complete the work within the period of eight months as indicated in paragraph-3 of the affidavit dated 02. 02. 2024.
