2022, Ranchi police raided the brick kiln of the petitioner and seized 7. 5 tons of illegal coal from there. 4. It was submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 30. 07. 2024. It was further submitted that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. 5. Learned A. P. P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner. 6. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri R.
