It is alleged that in the wee hours on 31. 07. 2024, unknown persons on a Bolero vehicle bearing registration no. JH 07-FF-6977 attempted to commit theft in the premises of the Informant.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is not named in the FIR and his name has come in the confession of co-accused. It appears that similarly situated co-accused has been granted bail by this court In view of the submission made above, petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Mrs. Nirmala Barla, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Gumla in connection with Bharno P.
