JUSTICE MICHAEL ZOTHANKHUMA 17. 05. 2024 (Vijay Bishnoi, CJ) After attempting to argue the matter for quite some time, Mr. Victor L. Ralte, learned counsel appearing for the appellants, on instructions, has submitted that he does not want to press this writ appeal. However, he has submitted that it may be observed that by withdrawal of the instant writ appeal, the cases of the other persons pending before the learned Single Judge would not be affected. Taking note of the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the appellants, we are of the view that the writ petition(s) pending before the learned Single Judge in relation to the other persons would be decided on their own merits and there is no need to pass any such order. In view of above, the instant writ appeal is dismissed, as not pressed. JUDGE CHIEF JUSTICE Comparing Assistant
