It has been argued by the learned counsel for the petitioner that he was sick on particular date but nothing has been produced on record to substantiate the cause for absence on particular dates. In the considered view of this Court, there is nothing on record to allow this M. C. C. ; therefore, this M. C. C. is dismissed.
