Heard Mr. Nanda, learned counsel for the petitioner, Ms. Dash, learned ASC for the State and Mr. Rout, learned counsel for the informant. 2. In fact, Mr. Rout, learned counsel for the informant appears today and files Vakalatnama, which is accepted and taken on record. 3. Instant revision petition is filed by the petitioner th challenging the impugned order dated 4 July, 2025 in G. R. Case No. 166 of 2025, whereby, the learned S. D. J. M. , Berhampur has declined him the default bail for the reasons stated. 4. In course of hearing, Mr.
Nanda, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that if the Court is not inclined to consider the relief sought for, liberty should be granted to the petitioner to move regular bail before the learned court below. 5. Recorded the submission of Mr. Rout, learned counsel for the informant and also the State. 6. This Court, without expressing anything on the merits of the case, however, with the conclusion that preliminary chargesheet has been filed, which is final as against the petitioner, grants him the liberty to move the learned S. D. J. M. , Berhampur for regular bail in connection with G. R. Case No. 166 of 2025 arising out of Gosaninuagaon P. S. Case No. 24 of 2025. 7. Accordingly, it is ordered. 8. In the result, the revision petition stands disposed of with the above liberty granted. 9. Issue urgent certified copy of this order as per rules. (R. K.
