Respondents ORDER: Heard Ms. Uma Devi Nama, Iearned counsel for the petitioner, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Services-Ill appearing for the respondents and perused the material on record. With their consent, this Writ Petition is taken up lor disposal at the stage ol admission itself. 2. Learned counsel lor the petitioner submits that the pctitioner filed the instant Writ Petition questioning the action of the respondents in not releasing the petitioner,s benehts, despite token numbers having already been the respondent authorities for payment of the amounts to the petitioner. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits ftb raised in the present Writ petition has already adjudicated by the Division Bench ol this W. P. No. 23 138 ol 2025, which was disposed of uid. e 03. 09. 2025, and thus prayed to pass a similar order present Writ Petition also.

4. l,earned Assistant Government Pleader for Services-Ill did not dispute the submissions made by learned counsel petitioner with regard to the disposal of W. p. No. 23l3g dated 03. 09 . 2025 and submits that the respondents the amounts on a priority basis of the token numbers prayed this Court to pass appropriate orders. 5. Having regard to the above made submissions and reasons alike in the order dated O3. 09. 2025 passed Y Division Bench of this Court in W. P. No. 23l38 of 2025, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents to ensure that the entire amount payable to the petitioner is released as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six (6) weeks from today, failing which, the entire amount with regard to the retiral benefits shall carry interest at the rate of 1Oolo per annum, lrom the date the amount lell due, till the actual date of its payment. Miscellar-reous petitions pending, if any, in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
