The Court made the following: ORDER THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. VINOD KUMAR Crimina I Petition No. 9525 of 2018 ORDER: This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr. P. C. seeking to quash the proceedings in CC No. 226 of 2016 on the file of the VI Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate at Hyderabad. 2. Today, the matter is listed under the caption 'infructuous matters'and when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, based on the e-courts case status report, would submit that after full-fledged trial, the matter has resulted in acquittal of the accused by order dated 31. 12.

Having regard to the submissions made as above, no further orders need be passed in the present criminal petition. Accordingly, the criminal petition is closed.
