In the considered view of this Court, the ground that has been raised in this petition cannot result in cancellation of the anticipatory bail granted in favour of respondent Nos. 2 to 4. 3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the first respondent Police on instructions submitted that respondent Nos. 2 to 4 are regularly complying with the condition imposed by this Court and reporting before the respondent Police every Monday and Friday at 05. 30 p. m. 4.
