2024, at t he age of 60 years, which is in t eet h of policy decision t aken by Governm ent , on 20. 09. 2013, whereby age of superannuat ion of Teachers serving in t he G. B. Pant Universit y of Agricult ure & Technology was increased from 60 t o 65 years. 3. Learned counsel for pet it ioner has referred t o a j udgm ent rendered by t his Court in WPSB No. 333 of 2023 ( Dr. Anuradha Dut t a Vs. St at e & ot hers) and bat ch, decided by a com m on j udgm ent dat ed 21. 05. 2024. He subm it s t hat ident ical issue was decided in t hose writ pet it ions, t herefore, t he act of Universit y aut horit ies, in ret iring t he pet it ioner at t he age of 60 years, is unj ust and im proper. 4. Learned counsel for pet it ioner subm it s t hat pet it ioner had m ade represent at ion, highlight ing t he aforesaid aspect , however his represent at ion has not been decided yet and is pending considerat ion before Chief Est ablishm ent Officer of t he Universit y.

Since pet it ioner has already m ade represent at ion t o Chief Est ablishm ent Officer on 10. 09. 20204, which is said t o be pending considerat ion, t herefore, t he writ pet it ion is disposed of wit h a direct ion t o Chief Est ablishm ent Officer t o exam ine pet it ioner ’s claim and t ake decision on his represent at ion, as per law, wit hin one week from t he dat e of product ion of cert ified copy of t his order alongwit h copy of represent at ion. 6.
