Petitioner has been made accused in connection with N. D. P. S. Case No. 77 of 2025 arising out of Maranghada P. S. Case No. 20 of 2025 for the offences registered under Sections 17(b), 18(c) of the N. D. P. S. Act, pending in the Court of learned Special Judge, NDPS, Khunti. 3. It was submitted that 700 grams of opium were recovered from the house of the petitioner. It was further submitted that the seized opium comes within the purview of intermediary quantity.
It was finally submitted that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. 4. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, NDPS, Khunti, in connection with N.
