(Through hybrid mode) 1. The CRLMP has been filed for a direction to the Opposite Party No. 3 to register the complaint as an FIR and cause investigation into the matter and take lawful action against the Opposite Parties No. 4 to 8. 2. Mr. R. N. Prusty, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that daughter of the Petitioner has been harassed by her husband and his family members. Although it is not stated in the petition but perusal of Annexure-1 which is the complaint reveals that the daughter of the Petitioner is working outside Odisha and a divorce case has been filed in Delhi and a guardianship case filed in Hyderabad. 4. In view of the nature of the allegations and since the main allegation is that the daughter of the Petitioner is being harassed by her husband and in-laws and the complaint in question has not been lodged by the daughter, I am not inclined to entertain this application and issue any direction for registration of FIR. 5. The CRLMP is accordingly dismissed. (Savitri Ratho) Judge RKS
