(C) 19015/2025. The operative directions therein are as under: “2. In view of the aforesaid, we deem it appropriate to dispose of the present petition by directing respondent no. 1/DCB to decide th representations of petitioner dated 14 May 2025 [Annexure P-7] th and 11 November 2025 [Annexure P-8], within a reasonable time and, in any case, within a period of 12 weeks from today. ” 2.
Learned counsel for the respondents, who appears on advance notice, submits that during a meeting of the Town Vending Committee (TVC) held on 17. 04. 2026, the representation of the petitioner was duly considered and a decision has been taken. 3. It is assured and undertaken that the same shall be communicated to the CONT. CAS(C) 656/2026 Page 1 of 2 petitioner within a period of one week from today. 4.
