JUSTICE A. GUNESHWAR SHARMA O R D E R 08. 11. 2024. [1] Heard Mr. NG Jotindra, learned counsel for the applicant/writ petitioners and Mr. Shyam Sharma, learned GA appearing on behalf of Mrs. CH. Sundari, learned GA for the State respondents. [2] By the present application, the applicants is praying for modifying of the para 6 of the order dated 22. 10. 2024 passed by this Court in WP(C)No. 792 of 2023 whereby the respondents were directed to examine the status of petitioners in terms of the documents submitted by them.
However, it is submitted that inadvertently, the period of compliance within a period of 3(three) months is not mentioned in the para 6 of the order even though observation was made in the open Court while dictating. [3] It is submitted that by inserting the words “3(three) months)” in para 6 of the said order, there will be no change in the relief granted by this Court accepts for 3(three) months for compliance. [4] Mr. Shyam Sharma, learned GA submits that instead of adding 3(three) months, 4(four) months may be granted to the State respondents. [5] Recording the submissions made at the bar, this misc. case is allowed by inserting the line 4(four) months from the date of receipt of copy of the order in para 6 of the order dated 22. 10. 2024 passed by this Court in WP(C)No. 792 of 2023.
