Nayak, AGA CORAM: MR. JUSTICE R. K. PATTANAIK ORDER 13. 12. 2024 1. Heard Mr. Mohanty, learned Senior Advocate for the petitioner. 2. Instant writ petition is filed by the petitioner seeking mutation of the schedule land disposing of the proceeding Mutation Case No. 8186 of 2013 pending for orders before opposite party Nos. 4 within a stipulated period. 3. In course of hearing, Mr. Mohanty, learned Senior Advocate for the petitioner submits that the record in Mutation Case No. 8186 of 2013 is stated to be untraceable, hence, a direction may perhaps be issued to the concerned authority, namely, opposite party No. 4 to reconstruct the same. In reply and response to the above, Mr. Nayak, learned AGA for the State that such a direction may perhaps be issued to opposite party No. 4 provided Mutation Case No.
8186 of 2013 is not yet disposed of. 4. Considering the above submissions, the Court is of the view that the petitioner should approach opposite party No. 4 with all relevant documents necessary for the purpose of the reconstruction vis-‡-vis Mutation Case No. 8186 of 2013 and upon receiving the same, the said authority shall do the needful towards it and to ensure disposal of the same, thereafter, according to law. 5. Hence, it is ordered. 6. In the result, the writ petition stands disposed of with the direction as aforesaid followed by an order in Mutation Case No. 8186 of 2013 at the earliest preferably within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 7. Urgent copy of this order be issued as per rules. (R. K.
