In view of submissions made hereinabove, matter is adjourned for placing on record complete compliance. List on 08. 07. 2024. ” 2. A meeting regarding re-assessment of damages to the structure of petitioner was held on 31. 12. 2024, wherein Deputy Commissioner, Solan, Himachal Pradesh, has assessed the damages of structure out of Right of Way (RoW), and, therefore, the judgment dated 27. 06. 2022 stands complied with, thereby rendering this petition infructuous and the same is disposed of accordingly. 3. It is made clear that in case any of the parties is aggrieved by the re-assessment of the damages, he/they is/are at liberty to avail such remedy as available to him/them under the law.
