Learned counsel for the appellant as well as respondent submit that both the parties have arrived at a compromise and on account of compromise this appeal be disposed of and the judgment and decree dated 10. 08. 2016 passed by the trial Court be modified. Original compromise duly signed by both the parties has been annexed with the application as Annexure A-1. [2024:RJ-JP:49711] (2 of 2) [CFA-428/2016] For the reasons stated above, the application is allowed and the compromise is taken on record. In view of the compromise, the appeal stand disposed of.
