JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 2 11-12-2024 The limited prayer made by the petitioners in the present case is to direct the Circle Officer, Kochas, District-Sasaram, i. e. Patna High Court CWJC No. 18837 of 2024(2) dt. 11-12-2024 2/2 the respondent no. 4 to conclude the proceedings of the pending Encroachment Case No. 326 and 327/2019-2020. 2. Per contra, the learned counsel for the respondent-State submits that in case the aforesaid encroachment proceedings are still pending consideration, the same would definitely be taken to their logical conclusion, within a stipulated time frame, as is fixed by this Court. 3. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it fit and proper to direct the Circle Officer, Kochas, District-Sasaram, to conclude the proceedings of the aforesaid Encroachment Case No.
326/2019-20 and 327/2019-20, in case the same are still pending consideration, by passing the final order under Section 6(1) of the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956, in accordance with law and after hearing the affected parties, within a period of six weeks of receipt/production of a copy of this order. 4.
