RESPONDENTS (BY SHRI VIVEK KHEDKAR- GOVERNMENT ADVOCATE FOR RESPONDENTS NO. 1 TO 4. ) This petition coming on for admission this day, th e court passed the following: ORDER 1. The instant petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution seeking protection as both the parties, as submitted, have entered into wedlock. 2. On perusal of the cause title and other documents annexed with the petition, it appears that petitioners are residents of Etawa (Uttar Pradesh) and after solemnization of marriage, they represented themselves as residents of Gormi District Bhind (M. P. ) and are seeking protection before this Court. 3.

However, on close scrutiny, it appears that appropriate jurisdiction of seeking relief as prayed in the petition lies somewhere else. 4. At this stage, learned counsel for petitioner seeks withdrawal of this petition seeking liberty to pursue his other remedies before Allahabad High Court in accordance with law. 5. Prayer noted. 6. Accordingly, the instant petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid. (ANAND PATHAK) JUDGE Vishal Signature Not Verified Signed by: VISHAL Signing time: 17-01-2024 06:18:01 PM
