2024, Cyber police Deoghar, on the basis of confidential information that cyber criminals have assembled in the house of the petitioner, raided his house and apprehended this petitioner alongwith co-accused persons. On search, mobile phones, E-gadgets and other articles were recovered from their possession. 4. Learned A. P. P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner and submitted that during the course of investigation, two victims have come forward to state that they have been cheated by this petitioner. 5. Considering the aforesaid facts, I am not inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner stand rejected at this stage. (Ambuj Nath, J. ) Rahul/-
