The petitioner has been made accused in connection with S. T. Case No. 536 of 2025 arising out of Madhuban P. S. Case No. 04 of 2025, for the offences registered under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 121(2), 132, 127(1), 109(1) of the B. N. S. , 2023 and Section 3 of the Prevention of Damage of Public Property Act, pending in the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-IV, Dhanbad.
Bail Application of the petitioner was earlier rejected by this Court vide B. A. No. 8122 of 2025 by order dated 22. 09. 2025. On 09. 01. 2025, at about 09:30 P. M. , Madhuban Police had gone to arrest the accused of Madhuban P. S. Case No. 01 of 2025. On seeing the police party, petitioner alongwith several accused persons started pelting stones on them due to which several police personnels were injured. It was submitted that similarly situated several co-accused persons have been granted bail by a Co-ordinate Benches of this Court. It was further submitted that petitioner is in custody since 20. 06. 2025. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-IV, Dhanbad, in connection with S. T. Case No.
