The accusation is of recovery of 60 bottle, each containing 300 ML Nepali liquor from the back of the cycle of the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 19. 01. 2020. Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released Patna High Court CR. MISC. No. 9871 of 2020(2) dt. 28-02-2020 2/2 on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the nd satisfaction of the learned 2 Additional Sessions Judge-cum- Spl.
