C, Dhanbad. 3. On 09. 04. 2024, Kenduadih Police raided the house of co-accused Rahul Kumar Yadav and seized a country made pistol and one live cartridge from there. 4.
It was submitted that nothing incriminating was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. It was further submitted that name of the petitioner has come in the confession of co-accused Rahul Kumar Yadav. 5. Learned A. P. P has opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that the petitioner has got criminal antecedent. 6. Considering the fact that nothing was recovered from the possession of the petitioner, petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Miss Nitasha Barla, learned J.
