Tarlok Singh Chauhan, Judge (Oral) The petitioner has been working continuously as TGT (Arts) in the tribal area at Government Senior Secondary School Triloknath, District Lahul & Spiti, Himachal Pradesh, since 06. 05. 2017 (joining report, Annexure P-2) and has thus completed his normal tenure of service in tribal area.
That being so, he is entitled to transfer to a soft area, in terms of the transfer policy, for which he has already given five stations of his choice as mentioned in para-9 of the writ petition. Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2. Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to consider and decide the case of the petitioner for being transferred to a soft area in any of the stations of his choice mentioned by the petitioner, within a period of four weeks from today, in accordance with transfer policy.
