2025, THE COURT ON THE SAME DAY DELIVERED THE FOLLOWING: 2025:KER:31433 JUDGMENT This Original Petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- ‘’(a). Issue Order directing the DRT-2, Emakulam to hear and dispose of Exhibit Pl in a time bound manner. (b). Issue such other Order or Direction to DRT-2, Emakulam, to maintain status quo in respect of the properties or not to demolish the residential buildings which are impugned in the Exhibit Pl till a final adjudication is made in Exhibit PI Securitization Application‘’ 2. A report dated 01. 04. 2025 has been placed by the Debts Recovery Tribunal-2, Ernakulam stating that S. A. No. 122 of 2016 will be finally disposed of within a period of two months from 04. 04. 2025. Taking the above report into consideration, the Original Petition is disposed of, directing that S. A. No. 122 of 2016 shall be finally disposed of within a period of six weeks from 04. 04. 2025.
