Counsel for applicant referred certain paragraphs of cross examination of complainant PW. 1 Lalit Patidar and Pramod Baliya PW. 2. This Court has already considered the aforesaid statements. Even otherwise all the witnesses have specifically made allegation against the applicant. He was working as a Manager of the company and was operating the account. 4.
