Both these bail applications arise out of the same police case and as such, these bail applications are being disposed of by this common order. The petitioners have been made accused in connection with Rail (Hatia) P. S. Case No. 13 of 2024, for the offences registered under Sections 20(b)(ii)(C) and 29 of the NDPS Act, 1985, pending in the court of Sri Diwakar Pandey, learned Judicial Commissioner-cum-Special Judge (NDPS), Ranchi. Railway Police Hatia apprehended these petitioners from Platform No. 3 at Hatia Railway Station and on search, 69 kgs of cannabis were recovered from their joint possession.
