Mr. Anil Kumar Joshi, learned counsel for the petitioner. 2. Mr. Rajeev Singh Bisht, learned Addl. CSC for the State. 3. By the instant writ petition, petitioner is praying for the following relief: “i. Issue a writ of certiorari quashing the impugned order dated 09. 08. 2024 passed by respondent no. 3 (contained as Annexure No. 1 to this writ petition). ii. Issue a writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to grant the study leave to the petitioner for the period in between 13. 02. 2023 to 13. 08. 2023 with half salary and also grant all consequential service benefits as such as arrears of salary of said period, selection grade pay fixation etc. ” 4.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the issue as raised in this petition are squarely covered by the judgment passed in Writ Petition (SS) No. 411 of 2024 (Shobha Budhlakoti Vs. State of Uttarakhand and others) decided on 15. 03. 2024. 5. Mr. Rajeev Singh Bisht, learned Addl. CSC for the State, on instructions, also fairly submits that issue as raised in the present writ is covered by the judgment dated 15. 03. 2024 passed in Writ Petition (SS) No. 411 of 2024 (Shobha Budhlakoti Vs. State of Uttarakhand and others). 6. In view of the above, present writ petition is also disposed of finally in terms of the judgment dated 15. 03. 2024 passed in Writ Petition (SS) No. 411 of 2024 (Shobha Budhlakoti Vs. State of Uttarakhand and others).
