Petitioner was appointed on 25. 03. 1981 and after serving for more than 39 years, petitioner superannuated on 31. 12. 2020. Thereafter, on a anonymous complain, the entire retiral benefit has been forfeited. Even after such observations, the District Superintendent of Education, Hazaribagh is bent upon not to comply the Court’s order. Learned counsel further respondent-State undertakes to take initiatives for releasing the entire retiral benefits to the petitioner. In view of undertaking given by learned counsel for the respondent-State, the Deputy Commissioner, Hazaribagh is directed to take steps for releasing the entire retiral benefits to the petitioner within a period of two weeks. The matter stands settled and award is decreed. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of. (Sreenu Garapati) (Dr. S. N. Pathak, J. ) Sign. Advocate Member Sign. of Hon’ble Judge Kunal/
