[2] The petitioners, who are serving as Auditors in Consumer Affairs Good & Public Distribution (CAF & PD), Manipur. The petitioners submitted a representation dated 20. 02. 2024 to the Deputy Secretary (DP), Government of Manipur for determining seniority list for the feeder posts of Manipur Finance Service (MPS) – III in respect of Directorate of CAF & PD, Government of Manipur. It is stated that the representation is still pending with the authority. [3] By the present writ petition, it is prayed that the respondents be directed to dispose of the representation dated 20. 02. 2024 by passing a speaking order within a stipulated period of time. [4] Mr. Shyam Sharma, learned G. A.
for the State respondent, submits that writ petition may be disposed of without going to the merit of the Page 1 case by issuing an innocuous order to the respondents to dispose of the same within a stipulated period of time. [5] Recording the submission made at the bar, writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No. 2 to dispose of the representation dated 20. 02. 2024 submitted by the petitioners within a period of 3 (three) months by passing a speaking order as per Rule from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
