Goswami has drawn the attention of this Court to the Minutes of the meeting of the State Level Committee dated 22. 09. 2020 to say that in pursuance of the order passed by this Court, necessary recommendation has been made for appointment of the petitioner on compassionate ground in the post of Grade-III (Junior Assistant) under the Office of the Executive Engineer, Hailakandi Water Resources Division. On the above, the directions made by this Court having been complied with, the contempt petition stands closed.
