Today, on t he basis of t he writ t en inst ruct ions, learned St at e Counsel subm it s t hat respondent no. 4 earlier served in durgam areas for last m ore t han t went y- one years and t hat is t he reason he has been at t ached t o Block Kot abagh, and t he pet it ioner has been t ransferred from Block Kot abagh t o Block Bhim t al. 5. Since t he pet it ioner has been t ransferred purely in public int erest , t herefore, I do not find any m erit in t his writ pet it ion, and t he sam e is, accordingly, dism issed. 6.
