This criminal writ petition seeking protection has been filed by the petitioners way back in the year 2017 and thereafter, interim protection has also been ordered by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 11. 07. 2017. 2. Since, more than seven years have been passed after filing of the present criminal writ petition and no substantial order has been passed by this Court thereafter, it appears that no further cause of action survives with the petitioners to continue with this petition and by efflux of time, this criminal writ petition has become infructuous. 3.

Accordingly, the instant criminal writ petition stands dismissed as rendered infructuous. The order dated 11. 07. 2017 stands vacated. However, liberty is granted to the petitioners to file appropriate application for revival of the present criminal writ petition, if need so arises. 4. Stay application and all pending application(s), if any, also stand dismissed. (ANOOP KUMAR DHAND),J Ashu/262
