The Society initiated arbitration proceedings. Pursuant to the Award, Ext. P1 notice for attachment was issued to the petitioner. The petitioner has rd submitted Ext. P2 application before the 3 respondent for extending the benefit of One Time Settlement under the ‘Navakeraleeyam Kudishika Nivaranam 2025’.
The limited rd prayer of the petitioner is for a direction to the 3 respondent to consider Ext. P2 application within a time frame. 2. The learned counsel for the Society submits that the rd 3 respondent will consider Ext. P2 application within one week. rd 3. There will be a direction to the 3 respondent Society to consider Ext. P2 application in accordance with law and communicate the decision to the petitioner within a period of one week from today. In order to enable the Society to consider Ext. P2 application and to enable the petitioner to avail the benefit of 2025:KER:30884 WP(C) No. 10695 of 2025 4 OTS, all coercive proceedings pursuant to Ext. P1 shall stand deferred for a period of one month. The writ petition is disposed of.
