CORAM: THE HON’BLE MR. JUSTICE CHITTARANJAN DASH ORDER Order No. 23. 12. 2025 01. 1. Heard learned counsel for the Parties. 2. By means of this application, the Petitioner seeks for an intervention of this Court for a direction to the Opposite Parties to complete the investigation and to submit the Final Form in connection with Rayagada P. S. Case No. 208 of 2021. 3. Having regard to the aforesaid submission of the learned counsel for the Petitioner, the Opposite Party No. 3 i. e. the IIC, Rayagada P. S. is directed that to ensure a free, fair and proper investigation in connection with Rayagada P. S. Case No. 208 of 2021.
Considering the fact that the FIR is of the year 2021, it is expected that the investigating agency ought to have proceeded for the submission of the charge-sheet in the meanwhile. However, it is the grievance of the Petitioner that the Charge-Sheet in this case has not yet been submitted. Therefore, the Superintendent of Police, Rayagada is directed to examine the matter and pass appropriate instructions to the concerned P. S. for completion of the investigation, if has not been completed in the meanwhile. 4. The CRLMP stands disposed of accordingly.
