Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is questioning the action of the respondents in not releasing the petitioner's retiral benefits despite token numbers SK, J W. P. No. 12907 ot 2026 having already been raised by the respondent authorities for payment of the arnounts payable to the petitioner as illegal and arbitrary. 3. Lealned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the /is raised in the present Writ Petition has already been adjudicate:d by the Division Bench of this Court in W. P. No. 2313B of 2025, which was disposed of uide order dated o3. Cf9. 2o25 and thus prayed to pass a similar order in the present W::it Petition also. 4. Learrred Assistant Government Pleader for Services-lll did not dispute the submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner with regard to disposal of W. P. No. 23 138 of 2025 dated 03. 09.

2025 and submits that the respondents will release the amounts on a priority basis of the token numbers and prayed this Court to pass appropriate orders. 5. Having regard to the above made submissions and for the reasons alike in the order dated O3. O9. 2O25 passed by the Division Bench of this Court in W. P. No. 23138 of 2025, this Writ SK, J W. P. No. 12907 of 2026 Petition is disposed of directing the respondents to ensure that the entire amount payable to the petitioner is released as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six (6) weeks from today, failing which, the entire'urmount with regard to the retiral benefits shall carry interest at the rate of 1O%o per annum from the date the amount fell due tilt the actual date of its payment. 6.
