This order came to be passed on an application moved by the Complainant. In view of this, the Complainant has appointed learned Advocate Shri. Subhash Jha. 2. This Application is filed in the year 2019. So also, there is Criminal Application No. 573 of 2019 filed by the Accused thereby challenging the order of further investigation.
The proceedings of the trial were stayed. Due to passage of time, Mr. Jha has decided not to continue as Special public Prosecutor in that case. He has made statement to that effect on earlier dates.
