The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Sisai P. S. Case No. 108/2025, for the offences registered under Sections 20 & 22(b) of the N. D. P. S. Act, pending in the Court of learned Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, NDPS Act, Gumla. 3. On 18. 09. 2025 at about 9:30 A. M. , Sisai Police, on the basis of confidential information, raided the shop of the petitioner and recovered 3. 026 kgs. of cannabis from there. 4.
It was submitted that quantum of recovered cannabis comes within the purview of intermediary quantity. It was further submitted that petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. 5. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, NDPS Act, Gumla in connection with Sisai P.
