ORDER: T'IIE HON'BLE JUSTICE K. LAKSHMAN CIdMINAL PETITION No. 6576 of 2O2O I ORDER: This application is filed seeking anticipatory bail. The petitioner is F. lj in Crime No. 85 of 20 19 of WCO Team lX, CCS Police Station. DD, Hyderabad. The offences alleged against the petitioner are under Sections 406,42O,468,47 I read with 34 IPC. Heard le irrned counsel for the petitioner and learned Public Prosecutor. Pr:rused the record. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the : I police have alrt:ady arrested A2 and A3 and they were enlarged on t bail.
In the remand report and also in the complaint, the allegation against the petitioner herein is that A1 and A2 have obtained loan by producing fake documents with the help of A3 to I A5. Except th. at one sentence, there is no other allegation against the petitioner trerein. It is not specifically mentioned as to the role I played by the petitioner in the commission of offence and remand report is also sLlent about the same. Considering the said aspects and also the fact that A2 and . A3 were enlarged on bail, the petitioner is an agriculturist, this Court is incline d to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is allowed. The petitioner is directed to surrender before the Station House Officer, WCO Team IX, CCS Police Station, DD, Hyderabad, within a period of 15 days from ther date of this order. On such surrender, the said Station House Officer shall release the petitioner on bail on his l executing personal bond for a sum of Rs.
10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties for the like sum each to his satisfaction. The petitioner shall report before the concerned Station House Officer, on every day between 10. O0 a. m. and 5. 00 p. m. till completion of investigation and filing of charge sheet. Further, the petitioner shall abide by the conditions stipulated in Section 438 (2) Cr. P. C and shall co-operate with the Investigating Oflicer in investigating the case. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this criminal petition, shall stand closed. I SD/.
