The said Writ Petition was filed by one Ajit Digitally Signed Signed by: AYASKANTA JENA Designation: Personal Assistant Kumar Rai who is not an employee of the Review Reason: Authentication Location: High Court of Orissa Date: 05-Dec-2025 13:03:16 Petitioner-Company. He, accordingly, prays for recalling of the order dated 01. 08. 2025 passed in the above noted Writ Petition. 5. At this juncture, pursuant to the earlier order of this Court Mr. Subash Chandra Pani, learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner in the above noted Writ Petition, submits that since the vehicle in question at the instance of the Review Petitioner-Company was in possession of M/s. TATA Steel UISL for which he is representing, he had filed the said Writ Petition without even obtaining necessary permission from the Review Petitioner-Company. 6.
Considering the submissions made on behalf of both the parties and since the above noted Writ Petition was filed without obtaining necessary permission from the Review Petitioner-Company, this Court recalls the order dated 01. 08. 2025 passed in the above noted Writ Petition and restores the said Writ Petition bearing W. P. (C) No. 21313 of 2025 to its file. 7. In view of allowing of this Review Petition, Registry is directed to list the Writ Petition bearing W. P. (C) No. 21313 of 2025 afresh before the appropriate assigned Bench. 8. This Review Petition (RVWPET) is, accordingly, disposed of.
