Questioning the action of the respondents in seizing the premises of the pet,tioner, the present writ petition is l-rled. Learned Standing Counsel, on instructions, has stated ttrat the authorities will remove the locks/ seal aflixed on the premises of the petitioner, however, liberty may be granted to the respondents to issue a lresh notice to the petitioner, in accordance -. , with law. Recording the above made submission, the writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the respondents to issue a fresh notice to the petitioner, strictly in accordance with [aw.
