After perusing the Audit report, same is accepted. 3. Notice to Creditors and Contributors as contemplated under Section 462(5) of the Companies Act, 1956 is dispensed with, accepting the submission of the Official Liquidator on the assurance that the Audit report would be hosted in the official website of the Official Liquidator to enable inspection by the Creditors and Contributories in terms of Rule 304 of the Companies (Court) Rules, 1959. 4. Since the Audit report is accepted, Official Liquidator is permitted to pay the fees to the Chartered Accountant as per the applicable schedule. 5.
