P. C. for grant of anticipatory bail relating to FIR No. 15 of 2024 registered at Police Station Civil Lines, District Vidisha (M. P. ) for the offence under Sections 341, 327, 294, 323, 506 and 34 of IPC.
Learned counsel for the applicant seeks for and is granted permission to withdraw this first anticipatory bail application with liberty to surrender before the trial Court.
