’D’ has been produced by Mr. Devendra Singh, SHO PS Bhinmal, District Jalore. We conferred with her. She is absolutely adamant and of firm conviction that she would not even talk with her mother being the present petitioner. She (2 of 2) [HC-80/2019] claims to have married the respondent No. 4 Rakesh of her own free will and volition and that she is living happily in the matrimonial home. Admittedly, as per the school record, the corpus Mst. Devika is major as on date. Since she is not under any kind of illegal detention, we set her at liberty forthwith. She is free to proceed as per her desire. In view of the above, nothing survives for consideration in this habeas corpus petition, which is dismissed. Rule is discharged.
