The petitioner is before this Court seeking for the following reliefs: a. Issue a writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction, directing the Respondents - 3 - WP No. 51453 of 2016 to execute sale deed in favour of the petitioner concerning the schedule property. c. Grant such other and further relief as this Hon’ble Court deems fit and proper under the facts and circumstances of the case, in the interest of justice and equity. 2. Memo dated 24. 03. 2025 has been filed by counsel for the petitioner enclosing the notice which had been issued by him to the petitioner along with returned postal cover stating that the ‘addressee has left’. Same is taken on record. The memo of retirement is allowed. Sri. K. V. Narasimhan, learned counsel is discharged from the matter. 3. Since the notice which had been issued to the petitioner has been returned with the endorsement ‘addressee has left’, no purpose would be served by issuing fresh notice.
