JUSTICE GANESH RAM MEENA Order 12/12/2024 1. This bail application has been filed by the accused-petitioner under Section 483 B. N. S. S. , in connection with F. I. R. No. 735/2024 registered at the Police Station Sanganer, Sadar District Jaipur City (South) for the offences punishable under Sections 331 (3) and 305(a) of BNS. 2.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that accused-petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case and he has nothing to do with the instant case. Accused-petitioner is in custody since long and the trial of the case may take considerable time, therefore, accused-petitioner may be enlarged on bail. 3. Considered the submissions made at Bar and also perused the case diary. 6. Taking into consideration the overall facts and circumstances of the case and the fact that offences alleged to have been committed by the accused-petitioner are triable by Magistrate. This Court without expressing any opinion on the merit and demerits of the case, deems just and proper to enlarge the petitioner on bail. 7.

This bail application is, accordingly, allowed and it is directed that accused-petitioner shall be released on bail provided he furnishes a personal bond in the sum of Rs. 1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lac only) together with two sureties in the sum of Rs. 50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) each to the satisfaction of the trial Court with the stipulation that he shall appear before that Court or any other Court to which the matter is transferred, on all subsequent dates of hearing and as and when called upon to do so.
