Sr. No. 115 HIGH COURT OF JAMMU & KASHMIR AND LADAKH AT JAMMU CPSW No. 252/2012 Vijay Kumar …. Petitioner/Appellant(s) Through:- Mrs. Surinder Kour, Sr. Advocate with Ms. Manpreet Kour, Advocate V/s Babila Rakwal and others ….. Respondent(s) Through:- Mr. Bhanu Jasrotia, GA CORAM: HON’BLE MRS. JUSTICE SINDHU SHARMA, JUDGE ORDER 04. 12. 2024 Proceedings in the petition have been initiated for non-compliance of the order dated 08. 06. 2012, passed in SWP No. 1387/2012, vide which, the writ petition was disposed of by directing the respondents to take selection process to its logical end within four weeks. Respondents in their reply submit that the tentative panel for engagement of ReT teachers in UPS Daruie was prepared in Vijaypur and displayed in the revenue village Daruie, to which, one of the candidate appearing in the panel raised objections against the selected panel and respondent No.

2 requested the Assistant Commissioner Revenue Nandani Hill Samba to verify the actual residence of the panel candidates, so that process for UPS Daruie could be finalized. Since the selection is with regard to panel of ReT teachers in UPS Daruie and ReT scheme has already been closed by the Hon’ble Supreme Court, as such, proceedings in this contempt petition are closed. Petitioner is at liberty to revive the same if cause survives after the final decision on the matter.
