The Bank initiated Arbitration proceedings under the Kerala Co-operative Societies Act, 1969. Ext. P1 is the sale notice issued to the petitioner. Challenging Ext. P1, the petitioner has filed this writ petition. 2. It is submitted by the learned Counsel for the petitioner that during the pendency of this writ petition the Bank has extended the benefit of One Time Settlement Scheme to the petitioner. In the light of the said submission, the writ petition is closed leaving open the contentions of the petitioner.
